TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by STORY BEYOND, Jan Slivnik s.p., Valvasorjeva ulica 6A, 4260 Bled, Slovenia (VAT: SI66161860). By confirming a booking with us, the client agrees to the following terms.

1. Booking Procedure
All tours offered by Story Beyond are private experiences and are available upon prior request and confirmation.
- Half-day tours must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
- Full-day tours must be booked at least 3 days in advance.
- A non-refundable deposit of €100 per tour is required to secure the booking.
- A booking is considered confirmed upon written confirmation by Story Beyond via email.
2. Payment Policy
- All payments must be settled in full no later than 24 hours prior to tour departure.
- Payments are currently processed via Revolut payment link, sent by the operator upon confirmation.
- All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the client:
- Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before the start of the tour.
- For cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours before the tour, the €100 deposit is retained as a cancellation fee.
- For cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the tour, a 50% cancellation fee of the full tour price applies.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or in case of no-show, a 100% cancellation fee applies.

Cancellation by the operator:
- The operator reserves the right to cancel a tour due to adverse weather, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- In such cases, clients are entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid.
- The operator also reserves the right to cancel any tour up to 24 hours prior to departure without obligation to provide justification, in which case the client will receive a full refund.
4. Services Included
Unless otherwise stated, our private tours include:
- Private transportation
- Entrance fees to selected sights and attractions
- Licensed local guide
Meals, accommodation, and other personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated in the program.
5. Travel Insurance & Responsibility
- Clients are required to arrange their own valid travel and health insurance for travel abroad.
- Story Beyond accepts no responsibility for injuries, accidents, loss of personal belongings, or other incidents arising from the client’s own negligence, inappropriate equipment (e.g. footwear or clothing), or failure to follow the guide’s instructions.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Story Beyond shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, injury, loss, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Road closures or traffic disruptions
- Force majeure events
7. Suitability & Physical Fitness
All tours are designed to be accessible for guests of all ages, unless otherwise stated.
Clients will be informed in advance about any tour elements that require moderate physical activity (e.g. hiking, uneven terrain). It is the client’s responsibility to assess their own fitness level before participating.
8. Intellectual Property & Website Use
All materials published on this website, including texts, photographs, tour descriptions, visual elements, and branding, are the intellectual property of Story Beyond, unless otherwise indicated.
- Commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
- Use of images for non-commercial purposes is permitted only with prior approval.
9. Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the District Court in Kranj.
